Some solid basic advice that small business owners will find particularly useful if they're looking to do some link building themselves.
The first two are so overlooked! Reclaiming links that are already going to dead pages is definitely one of the first things a site should do, and then make sure to keep an eye on it!
Nothing wrong with this post, but it is VERY VERY basic. I am thinking it should be more like Phase .1 rather than Phase 1. ;-)

@purdue512 Haha. I like Phase 0.1 as these are very basic. I believe there is a Phase II and Phase III coming soon.
