I’d go as far to say Cialdini material is a must have for any social media marketer. Combining various principles of influence and testing them against your current strategies, can show dramatic improvement in results.
Just finished watching the lecture on youtube. VERY good stuff. He just made another book sale. The first section on recriprocation, I just couldn’t help but think of social media voting.
