OK one black hat tactic is to create a lot of content with your trademark associated with the words {hoax, fraud, fake, rip-off} then your product trademark comes up on Google Suggest with these negative connotations. Black hat loves to play dirty.

@seobro: wouldn't you have to have traffic associated with those terms? I thought Google Suggest was more about keyword traffic & search personalization then content available on the web.
