Hard to believe this one didn't get more sphinns. I realize it's been posted elsewhere, but I think the ramifications to Google make it newsworthy.

I'm more than a little surprised we haven't already heard of a suit filed, and an injunction being served. Last I heard, satire wasn't a valid defense against charges of defamation. Not to mention the little thing of G's logo on the truck, and name in the audio. They've been pretty picky about that in the past.

Maybe Google has just decided to not give the group any more credibility by a legal battle. I could understand the thought process... I just think that turning the other cheek on this one now may be inviting a knee to the crotch, later.
