Facebook just emailed me to say that my Flyer campaigns will finally be shut down (by them) on December 3rd. Also, I've posted my campaign data from two campaigns! I got nearly 30,000 impressions... for a buck and change! Furthermore, there are campaign referrer logs and my case data.
