Posies Cafe found that a Groupon offer brought in plenty of people -- but cost them way too much money. Easy to blame Groupon for wanting to keep too much of the cut. But note the comments, too -- more a lesson for business owners to think carefully about what exactly they'll offer, to better tap into group buying services.

All my retail clients are thinking about Groupon because they see the revenue potiential. I thnk very few account for the costs. Great post for them to read.
