Hey Mich' what's shakin? Thanks for the luvin as it was a paper/discussion that was worth having. There was a LOT of interesting goodies in there that even surprised me. And so I decided to go a little further and am posting a follow up today on click bias and user behaviour. All interesting geekiness and many a lesson we can learn beyond links links links. ;0) - I hope things are well with you, we must catch up soon!

@theGypsy great seeing you here! Agreed, tons of interesting info in that study - thanks for putting together the great summary - I think people too often think too much about the engines, and too little about how people *use* those engines.  Things are well and yes, we must catch up soon! :)
