Do you read all of the terms and conditions when you sign up for memberships...even when they’re 11 pages long? I would...especially so when they are extensive and definitely so if it were a porn site. Here’s an example of why you should too! Seth Purdy writes "what I found Micro Bill Systems doing had my jaw hitting the desk. They are claiming the right to disrupt and potentially completely disable use of your computer as a means to compel payment."

I must admit that I admire the Blackhat methods in this and do wonder how many get sucked in?

Well, I was thinking the blackhat aspect was in the technical application of the popups.
