Michael D. has written one of the best marketing articles I’ve read in a long time. As I said in the comments on his post, there’s nothing better than when a real business owner shares knowledge gained from actual experience. It beats the pants off what consultants (like me) say every time. Great article, Michael.

Ha Ha, I was just looking in the tools section for a WordPress plug-in so I could install a Sphinn button on that post. Is there a script to put buttons on a single post?I’ll be honest, I had parts of that post in my files for years. Many of the people here have motivated me to step it up a bit.

We’ve been using postcards for a while now as a way to build links and you’re right - the concept works!  Sounds nuts but sometimes you gotta try the crazy angles to get links.  :)

planetc1, I have a plugin mod for the Sphinn code for WP that only puts up a Sphinn button if you add "Sphinn" to your tags list.  Does that help?http://www.sitecreations.com/blog/2007/11/sphinn-plug-in-mod-only-display-button-for-sphinn-tagged-items.html
