I hate it when you have to jump through multiple hoops to comment... such as having to subscribe and then verify the email address before you can even get started.

CAPTCHA and/or pre-moderation are fine, of course.

Very helpful, I like the option to subscribe to comments through email. Not much on the threaded idea.

I set subscribe to comments off by default though.
