There should also be an article on how event organizers can prepare for livebloggers.  For example at the Kelsey ILM show it appears they had disabled most of the outlets in the main venue so when my batteries ran out I was royally screwed.  My guess is that this was not an accident as I wouldn’t be surprised if power consumption at these things is out of control.  I would have willingly paid $20 for an unlimited power supply.
