Good post there, i think those skills apply to a consultant SEO working from home, but in the case of an agency, I think you can have skills developed in different areas. For example your PPC staff doesn’t NEED to know everything social media & blogging, although it would be a bonus. Same thing the other way round, I know some amazing bloggers who just cannot get their heads around match types and bidding strategies! But an all-rounder will definitly be the best SEO.

Nice post -- I agree with Eloi...I believe in scalable systems, and if one were to take on all these tasks, it may be too time consuming to carry a larger clientelle.
