You did a great job on this article! If anyone ever needs to explain why their company is not making enough profits on the Internet, this would be why.
My motivation for writing it came from the discussion over adding a usability category to Sphinn. I felt I needed to offer examples and reasons why I thought it was important to SEO’s, not just spout off. It’s a relief to know the article has been helpful to some who read it.
