Does the Search Engine Marketing industry need to know more about Usability and do User Experience designers need to understand that someone has to market their creation and make it findable and appealing enough to use or buy?

My motivation for writing it came from the discussion over adding a usability category to Sphinn. I felt I needed to offer examples and reasons why I thought it was important to SEO's, not just spout off. It's a relief to know the article has been helpful to some who read it.
