Interesting... I think the only thng that’d be ruined would be one’s own profile, not Facebook’s reputation... so friends beware. Spamming your friend could turn them into enemies... But an advertiser wouldn’t care - it’s YOUR friend to spam to as you please, right? Hmm...

Should be interesting after the Beacon Bru ha ha... Some one has to start wondering why, after building their networks and profile, that only FB can profit from them. That they aren’t allowed to profit from their efforts...HA!.... should be interesting.

I have always wondered is impormptu brand champions should sell their social media profiles to the actual brand owners? There is definately a market place for this sort of behaviour - there arent any rule or regs saying that this should not be done are there?As for monetising your own profile? I shudder to think what impression based revenue some really active female friends on face book can make... maybe I should start a Facebook profile monetising group and manage them... all it would need is some simple plugin...
