Sam opens with (and I may be making some stuff up here) ...

There’s no easter bunny, there’s no Santa Claus. You aren’t going to become a rock star or a celebrity or a professional baseball player. There is only Jesus and he’s smiting your sorry butt for taking the time to even imagine that sharing your experiences with people is a good use of your time.

Okay it’s probably best you just read his article cause I think actually all of that’s made up. Regardless, it’s controversial, it’s entertaining, it’s Sam ;)

No, that was pretty good, GMK, I just felt that telling people there was no Easter Bunny or Santa Claus was going a bit too far since those 2 characters are more real to them than most anyone they’ve met online.  At least those characters conjure up warm memories of when times were better and the family REALLY got along... now, everyone gets along, as long as Bill Gates, Steve Jobs or any of the social media outlets say it’s ok. ;-)

I knew as soon as I saw the V for Vendetta and Matrix pics that it was going to be a rockin’ article. I think my favourite part was... "You had dreams and desires that you were not able to fully express, or even at all.  So someone came along and pretty much said, "Hey, you know what?  We can put these people to use!" ... and then you followed it up with another great Matrix pic.

I’m perfectly content knowing that my time is resulting in Sphinn’s gain. It provides me with a lot of entertainment and a lot of good reading that I otherwise couldn’t have found in a timely manor. When it doesn’t I’ll just leave :)So this is partly your fault Sam :P
