I wish every website I come accross had follows these steps.  I hate when something is hard to find on a website when I know the information has to be there.

I really like this article because the core elements to a good user-friendly website are so simple yet so many web designers fail to focus on them.  A site can have a lot of cosmetic features but unless usability is the main focus, the site is nothing!Great article.

I wish more web designers addressed those issues.   Good list. Yet another reason that CSS is essential these days - so you can control the look of the whole website with a few simple declarations.
