Use Wordpress.org not Wordpress.com if you want to customize/optimize it.

I was just having fun with one last night for my directory, hacked it big time, no dates in the URLs, no categories, no WP archives, H1's on the post pages, no post feeds (these cause supplementals), no duplicate content in sight, I'm just going to hand make a monthly archive with links to the posts for each month.
