I think they’re dead wrong about the Aqua Teen incident. The attention it ended up getting was probably considered very positive to the film’s target demographic. Yes, people got fired, they had to apologize and make financial restitution, but the attention and the level of irony were huge. People on reddit still make jokes about Bostonians assuming anything and everything is a bomb.

Being in the UK, some of those stories were new to me and some of the people relatively unknown, but seemingly all but one were massive blunders none-the-less.
