An excellent posting by Steven discussing a subject rarely covered ... blogging for those in non-technical industries. All too often, we take for granted that readers are technically savvy, and often that will not be the case.

This topic isn't discussed too much, so that was a good post.

I would say focus heavily on #1 and don't bank on #2!

@ Mike - agreed completely. I've seen it covered very little, so read it with real interest. I wasn't disappointed.

@ theGypsy - let me get this straight. As my friend Leonard (BarttheBear) might say ... my fellow neighbour from the land of the thick ice :) pushed it over the edge. Awesome!
