She and other SEO training courses get a plug in this article, but most importantly it offers another avenue for education in the field of SEO. Education is good.

Although not specific to SEO (more SEM), the training courses offered by MarketingExperiments.com are very impressive. I went through one of their courses about 6 months ago, and was very impressed by the overall "training" process. Continuous reinforcement, high level of customer service, great printouts, etc.
We are also big believers in SEO/SEM education. For those of you interested (or dissappointed) in what is being offered at the univeristy level, there is a bit of research on this at http://www.verticalmeasures.com/education.html
Stompernet?
I also believe Jim Boykin has some training products coming soon
Just caught this article. Thanks for the link. What's this spam report thingy? Geez I spend 24 hours away from Sphinn and we get a new feature!!
Here you go, Kalena!

Aha! That will teach me not to search first. Thanks Danny
Many independents (myself included) regularly provide training classes, although they are not advertised and are often corporate sponsored days. The degree to which they are hands-on, with excercises, depends on the audience. I have always loved teaching (taught as a graduate student) so I might be a bit more open to the opportunities than others.
That said, there are so many "instant office" suites in malls, hotels, and conference centers these days, with ample Internet access. Round up a handful of "students" and I bet many of us would consider 3/4 day training on an ad-hoc, not-free-but-reasonable basis.
