With a change in how people shared links, the manner in which stories reached the front page dramatically altered. I noticed it right away and it began very innocently with IM-ing links back and forth. But today it has become rampant. One digger confided in me "At the very least they are setting a bad example. Interesting post....I would like to read a post about what some feel the fate of Digg will be? Where the community will be in 2, 4, 6 years? Still going strong? Gone, and used an an adjective or a lesson for others following in its footstep? Only time will really tell.....Thanks Maki for the find~

It’s a side endictment on humanity. The idea behind a democratic voting site like Digg is great, but in practice, it always be exploited for some sort of financial gain.Sort of like our democratic government model ; )
