This is the question I have been asking myself. Over the last few months I have signed up to an enormous number of lists from the IM niche and I have subsequently unsubscribed from almost every single one!

Funny, that makes two of us who unsubscribe pretty often. A lot of IMs are killing the medium with their shitty quality offering and making conversions harder because of it. The flip side, I guess, is once you have the people on your list and you deliver quality, it's easier to stand out amidst so much crap.
