This is such a great article. I do truly love running my own agency but instead of having one boss, I have several as Aaron mentions...I have my clients, and I also have my employees because I feel a strong obligation to them for helping the business be a success. I've never been this happy professionally, but the stress of having everyone on MY shoulders isn't something that ever really leaves my mind. However, considering the jobs some people have, I'll now stop whining. Anyway, great article that really does remove some of the glamour associated with being your own boss. It's a LOT of hard work.
