Does this mean China will now take greater action against all the other copyright infringement of music and video going on in the country? I doubt it.   I bet

Seems that a lot of people are confused about how the IFPI won their Yahoo case and at the same time lost the Baidu case. It’s not helped at all by what seems to be some misinformation about so-called "old laws" in China which is IFPI’s official line as an excuse for their Baidu loss.
