So, the post does a really good job trying to answer; why are these rock stars necessary?

Very interesting post Jeff.  Kim’s right, that video was enlightening.  P.S.  Anybody who reads this should be sure to read the comments, and keep in mind the part of the post that mentions the frustration of the masses for not having the "conch shell".   There’s a lot of bitterness toward those power-users!
