Google finally fixed the 302 redirect issues, and filtering for all sorts of Duplicate Content (not just multiple URLs for same content, but also title and meta description) became more evident.

The ability to associate your domain with a region/country via Webmaster Tools was a biggie that I don't see listed. It provided the ability to change the way your site appears in regional search results.

Wouldnt sponsered/paid for links also be included in that list? Though it is similar to Sponsored Blog posts I guess.
