just installed it to my blog anyway
I made a template here as well, its a lot like yours but I made it using a clipping mask and I named my layer slices, also It is about 4x the resolution of yours so that when they are exported and put on G+ the photos are clear when viewed at full size. http://www.mastermindesigns.com/customize-your-google-profile-photo-bar
