I think once you get in the habit of doing this daily it is a lot easier to realize its value, as well as how easy it is.

@ nols1199 - true, like any other discipline, once you make it a part of your routine, it will become second nature. Then you'll read a blog post aboutit and say "of course, that's what I do every day".
