After working for 2 month without any success we decided to contact Google directly and here what happened:

I've had this problem a few times as well with various websites. One of them is a purchased domain. The previous owner had been a spammer, so Google refuses to index the site, even though we have legitimate content now.

I've never had to use it myself, but doesn't filing a reinclusion request usually work?

How come there was a way to contact Google and I didn't know it? lol... and I call myself an e-marketing specialist?

Before it was a field asking for email. Now Google removed this, so... I suggest to provide email in the signature when you write complaint.
