Hah hah wishful thinking, or perhaps dreaming? I'm all for progress and looking forward to improved technology, but seriously. Oh.. wait a sec. I get it. Right. RIGHT!

Yes folks, use the Adobe Flash SDK to make sure your Flash text is adequately expressed in readable form. Skip the alternative text as that is RISKY RISKY DANGER DANGER DON'T TAKE THE RISK YOU MIGHT BE A SPAMMER AND YOU MIGHT GET BANNNED so just get to work pushing that SDK technology forward and everyone can rest easy.

Whew. Back to work.

It all comes down to intent. It is less the techniques and methods that are risky, but the implementation. When the two don't match up, or when content is specifically delivered based on bot detection, that's when people are more likely to get themselves into hot water.
