It's really unfathomable that they haven't done anything about this! I remember Mike posting about this at least a month ago.

Mike made it public a month ago. Its been happening a lot longer than that. There is always the problem of making it public and letting those that would abuse the system know of the opportunity to abuse it. But keeping it quite hoping for a fix doesn't work all that well either.
