True; however, if you don’t read it and then later you find out you ran afoul of the rules and get banned or penalized or just don’t get your way you can’t go crying about it.

ruchirkc: You can say the same thing about legal documents.  Who actually reads those?  The point is that you can screw up seriously if you don’t follow the rules, and you can’t claim that you didn’t know them because you agreed to them when you signed up for the service or when you put your signature on that document.
