Greg Sterling recently posted his 2008 predictions for local search and Andrew Shotland thought it'd only be right that he take on the 2008 predictions for local search engine optimization, particularly because Greg’s post never even mentioned the subject.

Andrew did a great job with this article. I have had more and more clients realize that local seo is where they need to be focusing. I have started seeing the 'little' guy business's in our area really start to take an interest in SEO and improve their organic rankings. I think that most of Andrew's predictions will hold true, especially the one about video - more of our clients are producing videos and using them as a traffic and brand builder. Great as always Andrew!
