My God this post needs to go hot. An absolutely fantastic article that couldnt be more true. We went through 7 different SE reps in 2007 and we are still not happy with what we are getting. Hopefully some of the SE agency managers will read this.

I think my biggest issue with them all is that they all seem to keep coming up with more ways to spend more money and not coming up with anything to actually improve conversions or sales.
