Heh, Im already on that :D. Conversion, usability, grammar, branding and more baby :). Luckily I have a good network of expert friends to help out there.
*** The Web is rapidly changing. Its becoming much more of a medium for real-time communication. ***Blogs are little different from forums in many ways (and they have been around for a long time), However, on a blog, only a limited few people can start a topic off. Im not so sure that it is changing. I think its more that we are seeing wider participation in these things. Maybe thats just semantics.Twitter and such are something else, though, again, USENET, IRC, ICQ, and such, have been around almost forever. Its just another medium, and one that may become more important in time. its difficult to see where some of this stuff is going, but one important point is that thepopularity can rapidly wear off once people feel they are constantly being marketed to.
The good news for those of us who keep up with the industry is that we will continue to get results. Yes, the guys stuck in Web 1.0 will give the industry a blemish, but results always triumph because in the end that is all that your client wants.
