"What will ultimately replace search engines?" This then begs the question; "what if a solution could be found that would minimize all the inherent weaknesses?" BTW: SearchEngine People is going to become a buzz blog of 2008.

Agreed ruchirkc ... we’ll always need to ’search’ for solutions to our needs. So the question then becomes; what will make search better ... more efficient?All we can surmize is that since ’word-of-mouth’ produces superior conversion rates, it is more trusted ... and in the end that’s what we’re looking for in search results. Results we can bank on to make good decisions/judgements.
