Rand writes a great post about 12 ways to keep certain content hidden from the search engines, and reasons you might want to do so. I've never considered some of these, but they make perfect sense.

Ya as I mentioned there, it's a nice piece other than that #6 is pure filler and really shouldn't have made it's way into the article.
