You could probably summarise the entire article as:

"If you pay a lot for a campaign that's not converting, you should consider modifying it".

It's not exactly a call to arms, and the item has no real content outside of that statement, which is a shame, because this is such a big area of growth and potential that anyone with real information to share can quickly because an instant guru.
