My 7th reason is that I dont find it stands out from the crowd enough. My Stumbles are recommendations to others that they should check this out. I only think you should stumble them when you would tell a friend about them.
@bwelford: Im kinda like that too, but Im a lot freer with my stumbles (or at least I was when I used the program) than I would be if say it emailed my friends every time I stumbled a story. The page doesnt have to be sooo good that Ill pick up the phone and call someone (or email them), but it does have to be good enough that if my friend was in the room Id say, "Hey check this page out, its kinda cool."Generally, I treat stumbling as a time-sink similar to channel surfing. Im not looking to really think much. Im looking to kill some time and be entertained.
I agree with you, Gamermk. A page that is useful or interesting to me, I would pass it on to my friends. I would not necessarily pick up a phone and call them right away. If I was going to call them already or they were at my home, I would say hey check this out. Recently a friend was asking me about internet business and working from home. They said Jess how do I get started. I told them about how I started out, which is through the James Brausch internship. He tells you what you need to do to get started and its perfect. If anyone is interested, I highly recommend looking him up.
True. Those are the things viewers are also particular of - in forums where they want they want their sites reviewed.
