Um -- screenshots says "Personalized Results." When I search, Neuro is still above Time and Hobo-Web (though they are right below it).

Hi Danny, the results were shuffling between Tim and I and Neuro over the course of yesterday. I think Shady spotted even in the US we were top. Bouncing about.

K, but if you're going to post screenshots to show results, it's just wise to make sure you're not showing personalized results. Even when logged out, results still bounce around from country to country or even from person to person for a variety reasons, as you know. But personalized results are explicitly, well, personalized!

I have screen shots from yesterday and today (If you feel that you must see evidence) from both sides of the pond and a quick look in the comments would have shown you people reporting the results in their local areas in real time.

We also were very quick in restoring their serps and as of a few hours ago they were already back ranking for their name in all but 1 of the 3 terms we targetted on both sides of the pond and if you read the article you would have got a taste of how we were doing it.

Hi Danny - yes noted for the future and agree I should have checked that regarding PS. Tim was showing results, and Shady verified US results

Although the point was not to specifically damage the target brand by only taking the top spot, per say. Surely if a search for your company name returned you at the top, and ALL the other results on that page were bad news about your company, that's enough to kill a brand or product? That's all I was really aiming for, and not long term damage either!

PS - Danny I am dissapointed you never posted this on my blog instead of yours ie here - oh well perhaps ione day! - or do you only venture off to other blogs to appologise to people? Was it the 3 comments beofre dofollow that put you off? :) :)

Actually, I almost did make it over. Just a long day, short time and having my computer crash in the middle of things ate up more time. But see, now I can post that I'm sorry I didn't post in the future :)
