Hey Dixon! This is a great post and I love your ideas... we had similar issues with scrapers and proxy sites, including some "big brand tool site" that was stealing our content

It’s way more common than people think isn’t it? I guess most of us use Google Alerts or similar on our brand, but if the content gets scraped and then the brand gets changed - as happened in our case - it’s only when we actovely look for unique text strings that we stop the theft.
