Imagine if you could complete the social media/networking circle by identifying and connecting with everyone that reaches your blog via a social website on that same network? A new Plug-in gives social traffic a call to action conversion every time...

Nice plugin. Shouldn't be used by people who submit their own stuff though, as it would pretty much "out" your SM profile as being the blog author. But then again, you shouldn't be submitting your own stuff anyway. ;-)
