It’s clear that a power struggle at Digg is in the offing and it centers on who "owns" Digg.  Is it the power users or is it Digg itself?  Kevin Rose is clearly expressing a preference for a broader base of users to hit the front page for a more democratic experience, but he knows that the engine behind Digg to date has been the power users.Tough spot to be in, but I guess that’s why he’s paid the big bucks.
