That's counter-productive. Do you want more people who care less about your content (they can only be bothered to scan it) or fewer people who will help your ideas spread?
Now, I'm not saying that you should use an ugly presentation that strains the eyes. But the real question marketers should be asking isn't "how can I help people ignore the meat of my ideas" but rather "how can I get my idea to become an ideavirus?"
