Yet another step-by-step guide by SlightlyShadySEO.   Some of this stuff is available elsewhere in various places on the web, but I’ve never seen such a complete how-to so succintly put all in one place (like most of the stuff this guy writes).

What’s really funny is when big SEO companies do email blasts for link buys, and end up telling a load of other webmasters (who may also be SEO’s):1. Who the big SEO company is2. Who their clients are3. Where the links they have already bought are.Priceless.
