""SEO for 50 bucks isn't going to be doing much more than altering the title tag and meta description on the root index page, and submitting the URL to Google and Yahoo.""

That was the thought I had before reading the article, and, wow, the article pretty much confirmed that; except that the people going to be doing that work haven't got enough of a clue to even manage that for their own site.

Crock of shite! Avoid those muppets; don't let them anywhere near your site.

"I don't see 'SEO' or 'PPC' in [the title tag]"

So what?

People have no idea what SEO and PPC is. The only people that understand what these terms mean are people that don't need your service.

Gamermk, a lot of businesses are already clued up enough to either know they need SEO, or else have extensive in-house programs - but still outsource extra work to SEO companies where they can.

Mmmmmm - Salmon Fillets. *drool* I hope that's not a package deal. I'd hate to lose my lunch /appetite over bad SEM products and have it ruin my delicious salmon dinner.
