Well done Esteban. There are plenty of businesses that don't quite understand the benefits of Twitter (or even know of Twitter). These are applicable reasons to utilize Tweetland..(smile) Thanks!

An interesting post, Esteban. If the company has the resources, then you can clearly make additional contacts this way. However I would still push for a company blog with a RSS news feed. That will do much more for any company.

As a healthcare company we are limited in what communication we can engage in. That being said, I've setup several accounts for those that want to follow our company/ies.
