Great post about how HubSpot helped improve usability and improve comments and other "stickiness" on a blog. Following on from a webinar, the folks at HubSpot gave lots of interesting advice and feedback about a blog’s usability.

I can’t seem to edit this. That chews. Looks like I read the post wrong the first time. Here’s what the summary SHOULD read: Great post about how HubSpot could improve usability and improve comments and other "stickiness" on a blog. Following on from a webinar, the author offered lots of interesting advice and feedback about the blog’s usability.

@chrisbrogan - thanks for posting.  nice article.FYI, the story is actualy about how Jim likes the HubSpot blog and webinars and some things he (Jim Spenser from JBS Partners) would do to improve our blog layout.  So the webinar was ours but the advice in the article is actually from Jim (not a HubSpotter, but still a sharp guy clearly).

I’m still not a pro at blogging or social media. Helpful article.

Nuff said.@mvolpe Thanks for the needed correction and your kind words.  I will look forward to seeing the future changes on your blog, which will hopefully inspire me to fix up my blog some more too.@crazycat - Thanks for reading the article and taking the time to leave a comment.  Hopefully we will see at jbspartners.com again.   I am happy to answer any questions you might have there.
