Because the service they offer is utter crap. They are not offering SEO services.That’s why not. :-)I’d rather they called it site promotion or lead generation or something. It isn’t SEO.
You and I know this, but what about the general business public?
Reminds me of the Yellow Book TV ad where David Caradine says "Yellow Book places your site on powerful search engines." At least they don’t submit you to the weak ones.
