That’s a great story. It also points out the obvious lesson that you should always be watching your competition to see what they’re up to. You can either steal a march on them, or steal ideas. Either way you win.
So true, Barry. I really enjoyed reading how Dave turned someone else’s booboo into a winning situation for him. Makes me realize that I don’t watch my competition enough.
